      高光技術介紹 S.RHCM technology introduced

      熱變溫無痕注塑成型技術,主要是憑借加熱介質與冷卻介質的交替運用,從而控制著模具的溫度按照工藝過程相應的升高和降低,從而達到模具與原材料之間溫度的完美配合,最終獲得了外觀無缺陷的注塑產品;同時,在高光原料的配合下,熱變溫無痕注塑成型技術可以使塑料產品的外觀直接達到鏡面熱變溫無痕注塑成型技術,主要是憑借加熱介質與冷卻介質的交替運用,從而控制著模具的溫度按照工藝過程相應的升高和降低,從而達到模具與原材料之間溫度的完美配合,最終獲得了外觀無缺陷的注塑產品;同時,在高光原料的配合下,熱變溫無痕注塑成型技術可以使塑料產品的外觀直接達到鏡面效果,為企業直接免除了后期噴涂處理的繁瑣工序,大大提高生產效率。
      Mould temperature variation injection technology depends on alternate use of the thermal medium and the cooling medium. Therefore it controls the temperature of the mold in accordance with processing procedure, so as to achieve a perfect fit between the temperature of mold and raw materials and ultimately produces a defect-free appearance of injection products. Meanwhile, in cooperation with high-gloss materials, high temperature variation seamless injection molding technology can achieve the mirror effect for the appearance of plastic.
